In store loyalty program only
1.1 SkinKandy and its group of companies runs a loyalty program known as the Kandy Club (“Program”).
1.2 These terms and conditions form the basis of the Program and govern the use of the Card and membership of the Program.
1.3 By applying for membership or using the Card, a person:
1.3.1 agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and any variations to them;
1.3.2 agrees to participate in the Program; and
1.3.3 agrees to receive information and promotions via e-mail, mail and SMS/ MMS (where such information has been provided by that person) from SkinKandy.
2.1 To become a member of the Program (“Member”) a person will need to legibly complete the enrolment form (including providing a current email address) either submitted online or provided to a SkinKandy staff member in-store. The Member will be issued with a Card in store.
2.2 Employees of SkinKandy are not eligible to join the Program.
2.3 Applicants can only be eligible for one membership each and the issuing of a Card and disqualifying of a Card or Member of the Program is at SkinKandy’s sole discretion. Membership is for personal use only. It must not be used by or for a corporation or business and is not transferable.
3.1 To participate in the Program, a Member is required to present his or her Card. If a Member does not have his or her Card with him or her, then the Member can identify himself or herself as a Member to SkinKandy by providing personal information, which matches up with the personal information the Member has previously provided to SkinKandy (“Identification”). By providing Identification, a Member will be bound by these terms and conditions as if the Member is using the Card and reference to presenting or using a Card in these terms and conditions also includes where a person provides Identification.
3.2 The Card must be presented at the time of making a purchase at a Participating SkinKandy Store for points to be updated.
3.3 SkinKandy is entitled to regard the person presenting the Card as the Member.
3.4 It is the Member’s responsibility to keep the Card and his or her personal information safe and SkinKandy is not responsible for points not utilised by the Member according to these terms and conditions or for stolen, lost or damaged Cards or the failure of a Member to provide the Card at the time of making a purchase.
3.5 If a Card is lost or damaged, a Member may apply for a replacement Card at a Participating SkinKandy Store.
3.6 The Card and vouchers in relation to the Program at all times remain the property of SkinKandy,
3.7 It is the responsibility of the Member to check the receipt after each transaction to ensure the details (including the number of points) are correct. It is the responsibility of the Member to provide SkinKandy with any changes to his or her personal details.
4.1 Subject to clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 6, one (1) Points are awarded to a membership for every one (1) dollar that Member spends to purchase merchandise or piercing services (rounded up to the nearest whole dollar) at a Participating SkinKandy Store.
4.2 Points will not be awarded for any amount spent for the purchase of SkinKandy gift cards, nor for any amount spent on merchandise provided by a third party collecting for charitable purposes. Points will be awarded on redemption of a gift card.
4.3 Any Points credited in error or any points relating to a transaction which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given, will be deducted.
5. SkinKandy Fifth Piercing Free
5.1 A free piercing to the value of $40 will be awarded for every four piercings the Member purchases at SkinKandy.
5.2 To be valid for the fifth free piercing, the Member must have purchased all 4 previous piercings at a participating SkinKandy store, had the piercings recorded on their SkinKandy Repeat Offender card and paid full price for the piercings. Piercings redeemed as competition prizes or paid for with SkinKandy gift cards or vouchers are not valid.
5.3 The fifth piercing is for a standard $40 piercing. If a Member purchases a more expensive piercing, the difference is to be paid for by the Member.
5.4 To claim the free piercing, the Member must present their Repeat Offender card and/or Identification. A Loyalty Card without a completed Repeat Offender Card is not sufficient for claiming the fifth free piercing.
5.5 Points will not be awarded for the free $40 piercing.
6. Other rewards and offers
Members may be given the opportunity to enter competitions and receive information, promotions or offers run by SkinKandy. Competitions and other information, promotions or offers will be subject to their own terms and conditions.
7.1 If a Member no longer wishes to participate in the Program or receive the information or offerings, the Member can withdraw from the Program by notifying their local SkinKandy store via phone, email (email@example.com) or in person.
7.2 SkinKandy reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time and to suspend or cancel the Program and/or the Card at any time upon reasonable notice.
Any notice SkinKandy may wish to provide to the Member shall be regarded as notified to the Member if sent by prepaid post or e-mail addressed to the Member’s address provided in the enrolment form, or as otherwise notified in writing to SkinKandy

A Member can update his or her personal information by contacting their local SkinKandy store via phone, email or by visiting the store.

11.1 A Member can access his or her personal information held by SkinKandy by contacting SkinKandy at:
11.2 The purpose for SkinKandy collecting personal information is for a Member to participate in the Program. This privacy statement and these terms and conditions form part of each other. For the purposes of operating the Program, SkinKandy may provide personal information to third parties, such as mailing houses and data entry providers. If a person does not provide SkinKandy with information required in the enrolment form, he or she may not be eligible to become a Member or participate in the Program. If a replacement Card is required or a Member needs to change his or her details, SkinKandy may require a form to be filled out with such information that SkinKandy reasonably requires.
14.1 Participating SkinKandy Stores are all SkinKandy Stores in Australia. SkinKandy Online is not part of the Program and points will not be awarded for any purchases made on SkinKandy Online.
14.2 The Card and the technology utilised by the Program depend on third parties and SkinKandy. SkinKandy is not responsible for computer or technological errors or failures, or for fraud.
14.5 Points issued under the Program are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are not negotiable instruments.
14.6 Third parties involved in the program do not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of SkinKandy and SkinKandy accepts no liability in respect of such representations, warranties or statements.
